What is the return policy for BOND™?

Since BOND is a dietary supplement, we maintain a strict health code and cannot accept returns on all items. See the list below for BOND product’s return policy:

  • BOND Supplements - We offer easy returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase on any unopened item.
  • Accessories - All accessories and merchandise are final sale unless stated otherwise on our website.
  • Gifted Products - All gifted items, including gift cards or products redeemed through our loyalty programs, are ineligible for return.

To initiate your return for return-eligible items, please contact us at hi@bond.life.

Please note: Returned products must be received in their original packaging, unopened, or they will not be accepted for a refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and a $6 processing fee.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for obtaining their return shipping label and associated costs.

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10-15 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund or store credit.


Refunds:

We'll inform you as soon as we receive your return, and you'll receive a refund via your original payment method, minus the $6 processing fee and return shipping cost if you utilize our pre-paid label. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
